Let’s get this misconception out of the way first, YOGA IS A NOT A RELIGION! It is a way of living that aims towards a healthy mind, body and soul. Sure we have other forms of fitness and tonnes of wellness programs, but yoga goes beyond the physicality. It enhances your spiritual growth and energy body, makes you understand and helps you to reconnect with your body on a deeper level.

Meditation is an approach to training the mind, similar to the way that fitness is an approach to training the body. A lot of people have mental clutter and quietening that “monkey brain” has been a grave challenge for a lot of my clients.
