Energy therapy known as energy healing or intuitive healing is a form of alternative therapy. Many would know such therapies through Reiki or Pranic Healing (which is a non-touch therapy). We are surrounded by ‘prana’ which is our life force, ‘chi’ in China and ‘ki’ in Japan.

In this session, we work with your energy body, the body that carries your aura and chakras. We check the energy body through scanning for energy abnormalities then remove these energy abnormalities through a process called cleansing to eradicate these blockages in the energy channels. Then finally replenish and revitalise the body with life force through energising. This process substantially accelerates the body’s innate ability to heal at all levels: mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Mental Healing

You suffer from mental ailments such as anxiety, depression, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), panic attacks, OCD, insomnia, phobias, addiction, memory loss, no will to live, chronic pain and others.

POST HEALING TIPS:

Take more time for yourself, be patient, move your body, stretch, do yoga, meditate and try to eat healthily, journal your feelings and emotions and rest as much as needed honouring your body and soul. Some clients feel very energised right after this session, others feel tired, because of the energetic process that is still active after the end of the session, embracing the whole experience.
