Simple Exercise To Develop Your Clairvoyance

Many know clairvoyance as “clear seeing”, having the ability to visualize things through the mind’s eye. Clairvoyants are very visual people who possess very vivid and active imaginations, and these come in the form of visions or prophetic dreams.

Do you ever find yourself playing out the same scenes or seeing the same symbols in your mind over and over again until you understand the message? This is a sign that the spirit is speaking to you using mental pictures, and you need to attune.

I have a very simple exercise that can help you develop your clairvoyance, now settle down with an open mind and let’s get started:

  1. Find a comfortable spot, close your eyes and take 3 cleansing breaths (Inhale. Hold. Exhale. Hold. x3). Mentally set the intention to release all negative thoughts and emotions.
  2. Now, picture a flower. Any flower
  3. Look at this flower and analyze every detail. What colour is it? How many petals does it have? What type of flower is it? The texture? etc.
  4. Open your eyes and journal your experiences.

It’s as simple as that! You can do this exercise as many times as you like. If a flower doesn’t fancy you, try other objects, just be sure to focus on the details. You can also practice mindfulness daily, just being aware of your surroundings, for example, a weed growing out of an expected place or a withered leaf on the ground.
